Section 2 — Account Registration and Management
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on bdt24 you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. A person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
2.2 Identity Verification
bdt24 may request identity verification from a user at any time. In such cases a national identity card or other government-issued document may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect that someone is accessing your account without authorisation, contact our support team immediately.
2.4 Conditions for Account Closure
bdt24 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- If these terms and conditions are violated
- If evidence of fraudulent activity is found
- If bonus abuse is detected
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
- If the member is identified as underage
Section 3 — Financial Transactions
3.1 Deposit Rules
Accepted payment methods for deposits on bdt24 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable for all methods). Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
Depositing using a payment method registered in someone else's name is prohibited. If such a deposit is detected, the transaction will be cancelled and the account may be subject to investigation.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals will be returned to the same method used for the deposit.
Large withdrawals may require additional verification if identity verification has not been completed. bdt24 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals in cases of unusual transaction patterns.
3.3 Currency
All transactions on bdt24 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All amounts displayed on the platform are denominated in Taka.
Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
bdt24 offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳22,000 or more you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳42,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times, applied only to the bonus amount (not to the deposit plus bonus). Example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳40,000 (৳2,000 × 20) before withdrawing those bonus funds.
Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. The deposited amount (excluding the bonus) can be withdrawn at any time, but doing so will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
4.3 VIP Cashback Program
bdt24 has four VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit. The tiers are:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% cashback per week
- Silver: up to 0.4% cashback per week
- Gold: up to 0.6% cashback per week
- Platinum: up to 0.8% cashback per week

4.4 General Promotion Terms
- Each promotion may have its own specific terms.
- bdt24 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion.
- It may not be possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
- Betting on certain games with bonus funds may be restricted — details will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
Section 5 — Betting and Gaming Rules
5.1 Fair Play

5.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:

- Any attempt to hack the gaming system or software
If such activities are detected the account will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.
5.3 Validity of Bets
If a bet is declared void for any reason, the staked amount will be returned to the member's account. bdt24 reserves the right to correct any incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error.
5.4 Sports Betting
bdt24 allows betting on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. Applicable rules must be followed when placing bets. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded. No claim regarding the outcome of an event is acceptable before the bet has been fully confirmed.

9.3 Gaming Risks

10.3 Language of Terms
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text. In the event of any ambiguity, bdt24's interpretation shall be final.
